How long until I'm up and running?
Faster than you'd think. On a standard plan you're live in days — a guided setup connects your tools, and you can try everything on sample data first. Custom automations typically take 1–3 weeks; fully custom AI tools 2–8 weeks, always with a working prototype in the first week so you see progress early.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. Everything is designed for non-technical owners — a clean dashboard, plain-English explanations on every screen, and approvals you can handle from your phone's lock screen. You get a handover session and ongoing support if anything ever needs tweaking.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
Everything we build is powered by our own platform behind the scenes — there's nothing new for you to install, learn or migrate to. One-off builds (like a website) are simply yours, delivered standing alone; ongoing automation runs on our rails with your existing tools connected to it. We connect to your existing tools three ways: MCP (the open standard that lets AI agents use tools safely — we're MCP-first), native APIs, and standard OAuth connections to the things you already use — calendars, email, accounting, CRMs. If a tool has an API, we can almost certainly connect it. And connections are least-privilege by design: each one gets only the scopes it needs, read and write actions are tracked separately, anything that writes to your tools runs through the same approval gates as everything else, and credentials live in an encrypted vault — never in logs or prompts.
Does the AI contact my customers without my approval?
That's entirely your call — it's a dial, not a switch. Out of the box, nothing goes to a customer until you approve it. As trust builds, you choose how far it runs on its own — many owners let routine work (replies, bookings, follow-ups) run fully automatic and keep approvals only for quotes and anything sensitive. Some things stay held for you no matter what — cold outreach to someone new never sends itself. Our live demo shows both modes, including full auto.
What does it cost?
Every business is different, so we quote fixed-price after a free discovery call — we map your workflows, put real numbers on what the repetitive work is costing you, and you judge the payback before committing. Ongoing care plans are priced in the same proposal. No surprises, no lock-in.
Can you work with my existing software stack?
Usually, yes — most modern tools speak API or MCP. We assess your exact stack in the free audit and tell you honestly what's feasible before anything's promised.
Where is my data hosted? Is it safe?
Australian businesses are hosted in Australia by default. For clients with data-residency requirements elsewhere, we deploy your own dedicated instance in your country or region — your data never leaves it. Every action is recorded in an exportable audit trail, your business data is never used to train anyone's AI models, and each client's data is fully isolated — security runs through the same audited, approval-gated rails as everything else.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It's built for that. Anything customer-facing can be held for your approval, every action is logged and most are reversible, and when the AI hits something it isn't sure about, it doesn't guess — it says "I'll have the owner get back to you" and creates a task for you. Mistakes surface as drafts to fix, not emails you can't unsend.
What happens if I want to leave?
You leave with everything. Your leads, clients, conversations, documents and audit history are exportable; your website and content are yours. No lock-in contracts — we'd rather keep you with results.
Can it answer my phone?

Does it do online booking?
Yes — a booking widget drops straight into your site (or the AI receptionist books over the phone), checks your real availability, and writes the appointment into your calendar. Customers self-serve 24/7 and you just see the booking land — no back-and-forth.
Can it find me leads?
Yes. AI lead generation finds and scores likely prospects, and every enquiry from your site, socials or forms is captured, qualified and followed up automatically — so nothing slips while you're busy. You approve outreach; cold contact to someone new never sends itself.
Does it handle invoicing?
Yes — it drafts and sends invoices, chases overdue ones politely, and reconciles payments through a certified provider, so card details never touch our servers. You set how much runs on its own; the live send switches on once a supported payment provider is connected.
Can my clients review a site I build?
